Moments
Moments is an anthology web series created by Malik Baker, set in the vibrant city of Los Angeles. Each episode captures a pivotal moment in a protagonist’s life—an event that shapes and defines their journey. Since Season 1, I have been honored to contribute to this compelling series, penning episodes such as "Look Out" (S01, Ep. 3), "Kevin" (S02, Ep. 4), and the season 2 finale "Better Days" (S02, Ep. 10).
Working on Moments has been an incredible opportunity to hone my craft, experiment with storytelling techniques, and explore the depth of human experiences. This series has served as a creative proving ground, sharpening my narrative voice and giving me invaluable insights into the television writing process.
I am excited to continue contributing to Moments as we create more impactful stories that resonate with audiences. My work on this series has prepared me to bring my skills and passion for storytelling to a staff writing position in television, where I look forward to shaping more unforgettable moments.

Everyday People
EVERYDAY PEOPLE is a comedic anthology series created by Red Truss at Columbia University. The series captures the diverse tapestry of New York City. Each episode introduces new characters and stories from every corner of the city, shedding light on communities and voices often underrepresented on screen.
Through the lens of the working class, the series offers a fresh, unvarnished perspective of New York life. It rejects the romanticized version of the city, instead diving into the raw and authentic quirks, struggles, and humanity of daily life. From Times Square to Flushing, Queens, each episode highlights protagonists navigating the unique challenges of their neighborhoods, showcasing parts of the city far removed from the typical tourist landmarks.
This ten-episode web series serves as a proof-of-concept for a half-hour episodic comedy. With a visual style that situates its characters within the sprawling world of New York, the city itself becomes a character. The pacing mirrors the city’s constant hustle and bustle, while the comedy blends deadpan, slapstick, and absurdism to deliver nonstop laughs.
Stay tuned for Episode 8, "Pros & Cons," Written by John McPhaul III and Red Truss coming in 2025!
